This Refund Policy describes when refunds are available for purchases made from Limelight Media, LLC ("Company," "we," "us") through millionaire-closer.com. By purchasing, you agree to these terms in addition to our Terms of Service.
1.Free transformation session
The 1-on-1 strategy / transformation session is provided free of charge. No payment is taken, and no refund applies.
2.Digital programs & training products
Because our programs grant immediate access to digital content, training materials, replays, and live coaching, all purchases are final unless stated otherwise in your specific program agreement at checkout.
3.7-day satisfaction window (where offered)
Where a 7-day satisfaction window is explicitly stated on the checkout page for a specific program, you may request a refund within 7 calendar days of purchase by emailing shaimillionairecloser@gmail.com with your order details and a brief explanation. Refunds outside this window will not be granted.
4.Performance / earnings guarantee
Programs that include a performance guarantee (where stated) follow the guarantee terms shown at checkout — typically: if you complete the required coursework, attend coaching, and submit your work for review, the team will continue to coach you until you earn back your investment. This is a coaching guarantee, not a cash-back guarantee, unless explicitly stated.
5.High-ticket / mentorship programs
Mentorship and high-ticket programs ($2,000+) are non-refundable once access is granted, given the immediate delivery of materials, calls, and 1-on-1 time. Payment plans remain due in full per your purchase agreement.
6.Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback without first contacting us at shaimillionairecloss@gmail.com is a violation of these terms and may result in immediate suspension of access and forfeiture of any guarantee.
7.How to request a refund
Email shaimillionairecloser@gmail.com from the address used at purchase with: (1) your full name, (2) order date, (3) program name, (4) reason for the request. We respond within 5 business days.
8.Changes
We may update this policy from time to time; the "Last updated" date will change. Material changes are posted here.
